At Papaya Global, I led large-scale operations and business systems. The projects below are my own, built outside that role from everyday problems I encountered as a parent, in meetings, and in my community. Each began with a small point of friction and became a practical tool.
The problem: Collecting money for a class means matching transfers to children, tracking partial payments and following up with parents.
The product: An organizer's workspace that imports lists and PayBox payments, flags duplicates, tracks progress and prepares individual WhatsApp reminders for manual sending.

I've spent my career connecting business needs with the people, systems and processes that make them work. Most recently, as VP Operations at Papaya Global, I led global teams across payroll, payments, service delivery and implementation.
I enjoy finding the distance between how a process should work and what actually happens. Sometimes the answer is a better operating model. Sometimes it's automation or a new application. The products above come from that same hands-on approach.
